On Dec 9th of 2021 Lloyd Joe Free Jr. (Joey), loving son, brother, uncle, nephew and cousin passed away unexpectedly at his home at the age of 46. Born on September 4th, 1975 in Longview, TX, Joey was an alumni of White Oak High School, Louisiana Tech University, and studied both Environmental Law and Geology. Joey was a fanatical follower of sports and immensely enjoyed his fantasy football league with his lifelong friends. He was an avid chef who loved experimenting with new foods cooking for family and loved ones. In lieu of flowers please make donations to a charity of your choice. Joey was especially fond of the Longview Public Library. A celebration of Joey’s life will be held at the Holiday Inn in Longview between 6 to 9 Tuesday, December 14, 2021.
