    David H. VanBreeman

    October 24, 1956 - July 26, 2011

    David H. VanBreeman, 54, of White Oak, Texas died Tuesday July 26th at his home after a short battle with cancer. He was born in Springfield, Ohio the son of Harry R. VanBreeman and Patricia A. Duguid. David was a hard-working man who loved his family above himself. He was valiant and unselfish to those he loved and who loved him most. Among other things, he was known for his loud infectious laugh. He treasured time spent cooking and four-wheeling with his family and friends. He is survived by his loving family Traci Smith and Eric Smith of White Oak, Texas; his father and mother; his sisters, Susan Vernon of Utica, Ohio; Julie VanBreeman of Mount Vernon, Ohio; Diane and Ed Kent of Warsaw, Ohio; Denise and Jeff Krauskopf of Alexandria, Ohio; Debra and Frank Wells of Mount Vernon, Ohio; Linda and Scott Tarrh of Walhondiong, Ohio; a brother, Daniel VanBreeman of Gladewater, Texas; nine nephews, six nieces, two great-nieces and one great nephew. Memorial services will be held at the chapel of Rader Funeral Home, 1617 Judson Road, Longview, Texas at 2:00PM on Saturday, July 30th with Gary Lynch giving the eulogy. A second service will be on August 8, 2011 and will be held at Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home at 201 Newark Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio with calling hours from 12:00PM 2:00PM with graveside services following at Brandon Cemetery. The family requests that memorial donations be made to Heartsway Hospice of Longview, Texas.
