    September 30, 1979 - May 14, 2021

    A celebration of life for Christopher Lee Baker will be held on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Emmanuel Baptist Church of White Oak TX at 1pm. A visitation will be held at on Wednesday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Christopher passed away in the early morning of Friday, May 14, 2021 in Longview TX. Christopher was born on September 30, 1979 in Longview TX at Good Shepherd Medical Center. “Christopher had a kind heart and was always willing to help those in need. He was intelligent, witty and had a hilarious sense of humor that could bring a smile to anyone’s face. His knowledge of music and the Bible surpassed everyone that knew him. Christopher was also an amazing artist, who loved to share his drawings with his family and friends. He could always find the good in every situation and he truly appreciated the little things in life. Christopher was preceded in death by his grandparents James and Evelyn Baker, and Lavern and Bonnie Meeker and grandson Alekzander Connor Baker. Those left to cherish their memories of Christopher include his parents Richard D. Baker with step-mother Nena, and Susan Lassiter with step-father Leon; sons Isaac James Baker and Jakob Malachi Baker, both of Marshall TX; sister Tina Scalia with her husband Tony of White Oak TX; brothers Matt Baker with his wife Mollie, Jeremy Baker, and Jonathan Baker all of White Oak, TX.; step-brothers Justin Fogle and wife Ashley of Longview, TX; and Zack Fogle with wife Amy. Christopher will also be remembered by his numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and extended family and friends.
