Blanca Estela Orozco Foster

November 11, 1978 - April 12, 2022

Blanca Estela Orozco Foster, 43, went home to be with the Lord on April 12, 2022, surrounded by her family and friends. Blanca was born on November 11, 1978 to Benjamin and Angelina Orozco in Michoacan, Mexico. She was one of the strongest and most courageous women to ever walk this earth and her family was blessed to have her. Blanca was a Certified Nurse midwife and delivered over 750 babies during her career. She was loved by her patients and community. Blanca was passionate about nursing and felt it was her calling in life. She enjoyed traveling, annually running the St. Jude Marathon, and spending time with those she loved. Blanca was predeceased by her brother, Jose Orozco; grandparents, Jesus Garcia, Benjamin Orozco, and Margarita Cortez; uncles, Leonardo Garcia and Jesus Orozco; and aunt, Tona Rios. She is survived by her two children, Kayla and Christopher; her parents Benjamin Orozco and Angelina Orozco Garcia; her sister Maria Ortiz; brother-in-law Alejandro Ortiz; grandmother, Eloisa Garcia; nieces, Jennifer and Grace Ortiz; nephews, Benjamin and Joseph Ortiz; and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Services will be held at First Presbyterian Church in Longview on April 16th at 10:00AM. Burial to follow at Rosewood Park.
