Paul Fuller

Paul Anthony Fuller - beloved son, husband, father, brother, cousin, nephew, grandson, and friend. “Papí” ~ “Babe” ~ “Dimples” Paul’s earthly journey began in Shreveport, Louisiana, on April 26, 1984. He was the joyful first of two children of Anthony and Maria Fuller. He was born into and grew up in the Seventh day Adventist faith. His parents relocated to Longview, Texas, early in his life. Here is where he grew into the lovable human being admired by his community. As a toddler, his infectious dimples and cheeks would always earn him free cookies from the ladies at the bakery counter every time his mother would bring him to the grocery store. Paul grew up attending Longview Public Schools, completing his education at Longview High School. His upbringing was filled with sports, playing football throughout his education including excelling in varsity football. Also along with sports, grilling and discovering great Southern cooking was the common bond among him, his parents and his sister Kimberly. After high school, Paul entered the workforce building lifelong connections with business and community leaders during his professional career throughout east Texas. He was known for being a dedicated and respected employee working in sales and management positions for area businesses. Longview is where he would meet and marry su amor (his love), Jennifer, who also shared in common a passion for sports, particularly soccer and football. The two built a life and home, and in 2013 they welcomed their only child, Mya, the center of their universe. Paul was a forever sports man - as an athlete and as a fan of the games. He loved football, soccer and golf. He was a superfan of the British soccer team, Chelsea Football Club, the LSU Tigers, and the New Orleans Saints. But none compared to him being an even bigger (and THE biggest) superfan of his daughter’s stellar golf game. They truly enjoyed their father-daughter time in the sport. Paul transitioned from his earthly time on Sunday, October 13, 2024. He will be remembered for his smile which was as big as day and his authentic laughter. He leaves to cherish his wife of 19 years, Jennifer Fuller and the apple of their eyes, their daughter Mya Fuller (Longview, TX); his parents, Anthony and Maria Fuller (Longview, TX); his sister Kimberly Fuller (Longview, TX); family matriarchs, Magda Segovia, his maternal grandmother (San Antonio, TX), and Joyce Carter, his paternal aunt (Shreveport, LA); and a host of close extended family and friends who sorely miss him. Graveside services for Paul will be held at Rosewood Park Mausoleum on Saturday, October 19 at 2 PM with a time of visitation held one hour prior to the service.
