Bette Chapman
I am blessed to be a member of the Fortenberry family, as I have so many happy memories of being at my grandmother's house visiting with Aunt Pat and all my other aunts, uncles and cousins. We always had such great times together. Aunt Pat always told great stories about her childhood, which of course, included my mother, who was her older sister. I also remember Aunt Pat coming and staying with us when I was a child and going to visit with her. I remember my cousin Karon and I visiting her and staying with her one night when she lived in Houston before she was married. I was 6 years old when she and Uncle Lee married, and I was the flower girl in their wedding.
It is wonderful to have memories of happy times with family. Aunt Pat will be truly missed in our family.
