My deepest sympathy to the family of Mr. Belflower. He was one of my instructors when I attended Kilgore College and he taught me the art of old letterpress printing. I admired him as he taught me a LOT about the process and he was such a sweet man who had a lot of patience! Mr. Belflower was much admired and will be missed.

Milton "M.L." Belflower, 87, passed away after a long illness, December 15, 10 days prior to his and Patsy's 63 wedding anniversary. Aunt Bertha called yesterday, we talked for some time until she had worked through her feelings. She talked about living to be almost 107 years old and losing one of her two children. She was sad that she would not be able to go out to Texas, but she was resigned to the fact that it was not an option.
Kenneth called this afternoon with information reference to the funeral which is tomorrow, December 18. All the information can be found on line at RADER FUNERAL HOME, 800 Kilgore Drive, Henderson, Texas. You can go on line to read the obituary, which includes a very nice picture of M.L.

Jo and I want to express our deepest sympathy to Patsy and her family for the loss of Milton. No person or experience will ever replace the love and days of happiness that Milton gave to his family. May your memories of the many joyful times in the past bring you comfort in the days ahead during this time of sorrow. As the days and weeks pass, may the love of God, family and friends help carry you through your grief. The Belflower Family members will remain in our thoughts and prayers. We are greatful for the time we had with Mr. Belflower. He always brought a smile to all of us and he will be dearly missed! We know he is enjoying Christmas in Heaven !

Although I only knew Mr. Belflower a short while, there was just something special about him. His countinance displayed a shining example and personal relationship with the Lord. I will miss him! My prayers are with the family and loved ones.
