Mary and I did Genealogy together . We work on her Davis and Bays side. I help her find things she couldn't fine and we spend hours at the computer. Wayne and family I am so very sorry I didn't know till now. I haven't had internet for anybody to contact me. I haven't been able to accept this as reality yet.
Although we were not able to visit the past years, the bond that brought us together as good friends in the 60s was a lasting one.
Mary was extremely intelligent, but with a spirit of humility.
Mary was Leader of Longview Story League the year the League hosted the State Festival, and we saw our Leader use her organizational skills with charm, dignity and grace. A most gracious woman whose friendship I counted as a rich blessing.
