Uncle Lou, Just wanted to say how you will be missed. Now you are in heaven with Uncle Bob, Aunt Lil, and my dear father. Lots and lots of memories. Sundays going up to your house right on the lake, I thought that was the coolest. The chocolate eggs at Easter and the visits on holidays. Life is so short, when you are little you never think anything about it, but now all of my dads' family are gone. I enjoyed our last talk we had about 2 months ago, we would have still talked longer except for your phone was done. When I told my family that you had gone to heaven, they were extremely sadden. My son Sam said,I wish I could have known him better. He was little that last time you were up to my moms.I will miss your phone calls. Now you are happy, with no more pain. You are with our creator, and that eases all pain. Love you, Terry,Tom, Laura, Sam, and Amy##imported-begin##Teresa Weeks##imported-end##

I began working for Mr Gedeon when I was 12-13 years old 30 years ago, doing his yard and other jobs for him. I worked for him for 3-4 years. Too many times I recall hearing the phone ring at 6am, with a resounding voice on the other end: "Charley? This is Mr Gedeon! We have work today!" One time he purchased a load of used lumber that was full of nails. He paid me a nickle a nail to pull them out. I worked that entire summer for him, removing buckets of nails. He'd cook for us, bring us cokes and slip us an extra $20 saying we needed to take our "girlfriends out to the movies". He was a kind and generous man. In recent years, family and I would run into him in Longview, and he was quick to pat me on the back, tousle my son's hair, and talk about me working for him years ago. He loved his wife Messie sp dearly. He also loved talking about his old cars, his homes and his exciting life. He will be truly missed. Rest In Peace, Mr Gedeon.##imported-begin##Charles Albert##imported-end##
