As the volunteer coordinator at Texas Oncology, I was privileged to work with Bob for many years. He was a great volunteer and and even better friend. Bob always went above and beyond what was asked of him and was once honored as Volunteer of The Year. I am so glad to have been able to know Bob and so happy that he is with the Lord, possibly serving coffee or pushing a wheelchair!

What an incredible man that was loved by
so many! I volunteered with Bob for several
years at the Longview Cancer Center. He brought such smiles and encouragement and hope to every patient. It was truly a privilege to volunteer with such an honorable man and it was apparent how much he adored Mary. I will miss him, but will treasure the hours we volunteered together at Texas Oncology. Bob was one of the best Sunday School teachers we have had thru the years! His knowledge of the bible and his caring for God's people was the best. Then we got to be close friends when he and Mary moved to Arabella to live. Such fun times! Bingo, Family Dinners, and so much more. We also shared a love for our fur babies (cats)! Bob is greatly missed!
