Charles was born in and raised in Longview, graduating from Longview High School and Texas Tech University. He attended and graduated the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. He returned full time in August of 1981. Charles is active in many Longview organizations including the Longview-Greggton Rotary Club, where he is a past president and a Paul Harris Fellow. He has volunteered with the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, Windridge Therapeutic Equestrian Center, the March of Dimes, and the Greater Longview United Way. He is currently on the Henderson Chamber Board of Directors. He enjoys all kinds of hunting, especially duck and pheasant hunting. He and his wife, Lacy, are the proud parents of a son, Preston, and a daughter, Sarah. They are members of Greggton United Methodist Church, and they enjoy summer vacations, cookouts, four-wheeling, and other family activities.

Lynn grew up in Longview and graduated from Longview High School and Texas Tech University. She is a member of First Presbyterian Church, the Good Shepherd Guild, and Longfellows. She is a former board member of the March of Dimes, the Wildwood Homeowners Association, and the Good Shepherd Foundation. She is also a former member of the Junior League of Longview. Lynn and her husband, Jerry, a stockbroker at BSC Securities, are the parents of two children. Emily graduated from Baylor University, and Laura is a student at Texas Tech University. Lynn's hobbies include reading, antiques, gardening, and being with family and friends.

Larry is from China Springs, Texas, where he attended high school. He is a graduate of the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science and did his internship at Lamar and Smith Funeral Home in Dallas. Larry enjoys working with computers, genealogy, Civil War history and traveling the back road of East Texas. He and his wife, Glenda are members of Elmira Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church. They are the parents of two children and grandparents of four grandchildren.

Brian is from Gladewater, and after graduation from Gladewater High School attended the Commonwealth College of Science. Brian enjoys a number of hobbies, including computers and model railroading.

Harold is from Pleasant, Texas, and attended the Mt. Pleasant Schools. He is a graduate of the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and is a member of Pi Sigma ETA, the national morticians’ fraternity. Harold is a member of Mobberly Baptist Church. He has two sons, Jason and Jonathan, who are both funeral directors, and work with him at Rader Funeral Home. Harold enjoys telling anyone who will listen about his grandsons Carson and Colby. When not working, he enjoys spending time with close friends.

Jason is a native of Longview and after graduating from Longview High School in 1995, he attended Texas State Technical College and then Dallas Institute of Funeral Service where he graduated in 1999. Jason is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in the State of Texas and is a member of the National Funeral Directors Association. He and his wife, Genia have two sons, Carson and Colby. They are members of Mobberly Baptist Church.
Jason enjoys singing in the PraiSingers Choir, Singing Men and Classic Praise. He is a huge Lobo football fan, enjoys following the Spring Hill Panthers, Dallas Cowboys, Texas Longhorns, NASCAR, and most of all, music. Jason was recently a Top 50 finalist on the FOX Television Show, “American Idol.” He has since been featured on television shows including FOX News Live, FOX & Friends and in numerous magazines including, “OK Weekly”, “American Funeral Director”, “Texas Director”, and the “NFDA Bulletin”. He has opened for Neal McCoy and continues to provide headlining entertainment for events across the nation and locally.

Jonathan is a native of Longview and a graduate of Longview High School. He graduated from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in May 2003 and enjoys helping people as a funeral director. He and his wife, Molly, are members of Mobberly Baptist Church. He also enjoys all type of water sports, hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, riding his motorcycle, and working in his yard.
 Maynard Musselman Assistant A Rader Member since 2003
Maynard was born in Pennsylvania where he graduated from Allentown High School in 1960. He graduated with honors from LeTourneau University in Longview with a B. A. in Business Administration and from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches with M. B. A. Maynard was General Manager of the Longview Chamber of Commerce for 17 years prior to establishing his own insurance company which he operated for 15 years. Maynard is an active member of Mobberly Baptist Church and has one son, Jerry. He enjoys traveling, especially in the Branson, MO. area.
 Sidney Brown Assistant A Rader Member since 2006
Sid grew up in Henderson, Texas where he graduated from high school. He moved to Longview in 1960 where he worked at Eastman Kodak for 32 years. He retired in 1992. Sid and wife, Sue, have 3 children and 9 grandchildren who they enjoy spending time with. They also enjoy RVing since retirement. Sid and Sue are active members of Mobberly Baptist Church in Longview.

Todd is a native of Longview and graduated from Pine Tree High School and Kilgore College. He has been a member of the Rader Funeral Home team since 1982. He is the manager of East Texas Crematory. Todd enjoys yard work, home improvement projects, music, and reading.

After graduating from Gladewater High School, Clyde attended the Commonwealth College of Sciences in Houston. He and his wife are members of First Baptist Church in Kilgore and he is an active supporter of the Kilgore Football Booster Club. Mark is a Longview native. Attending Longview High School and graduated in 1995. He attended Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and graduated with honors in 2006. He enjoys his family which consist of twin sister, Tracy and younger sister, Hailey. Parents, Jim and Charlotte Miller and Grandparents, Gene and Iona Richardson. His hobbies include computers, drawing, photography and traveling.

James was born in Arlington, TX, and attended the Kilgore public schools. He has been a resident of Kilgore since 1986. James began his career in the funeral business in 1992 with the Rader family and is a 1999 graduate of the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. He and his wife Jeri Lynn have one son, Baily, who is student in the Kilgore Schools. James enjoys cooking out in his outdoor kitchen and restoring old cars.

Roy started his career with Darr Equipment, later purchased by Holt Cat, after graduating from high school in Yale, Oklahoma. He retired after 45 years as Warehouse Manager. Roy and his wife, Cathy have two sons, Bryan and Brent and two grandchildren. They attend First Baptist Church. Roy enjoys working in his yard, going to estate sales and watching the Dallas Cowboys.

Pat is from Kilgore, Texas and attended Sabine High School, Palm Desert College and Kilgore Junior College. She is a member of Mobberly Baptist Church. Her main interests are visiting and traveling with family and friends, gardening and sewing. Her pride and joy are her three daughters and five grandsons. Pat has watch co-worker’s children grow up and marry and have children.

Virginia has been our night greater since 1992. She and her husband, Bobby, live at Lake Cherokee. She enjoys traveling and visiting with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Recent travels have included cruising Alaska, the Caribbean, Las Vegas and Washington D. C. We often get complements on Virginia’s caring and professional manner that she displays with our families in the evenings.
 Paula West Family Service Counselor A Rader Member since 2001
As the family service counselor for Rader Funeral Home, Paula has been honored as a Top-Ten Producer in the nation in pre-arranged funeral sales for the past 6 years. In December of 2002, Paula was honored to receive the Jay Pittman Rookie of the Year award. The Jay Pittman Award is given to the stand-out counselor that has exhibited outstanding commitment to excellence. Then in 2005 she received the Jay Pittman Memorial Award for the same determination to excellence.
She is a graduate of Odessa High School and received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Howard Payne University in Brownwood, TX. Paula and her husband, Michael, moved to Longview in January 2001. She has two children. Her daughter, Stephanie, is a Paramedic for Champion EMS in Henderson and is married to Rocky Richardson. Son, Justin, attends Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA. The newest family member, a granddaughter, Rory Lynn, made her debut in October 2007. Paula is a member of Greggton First Baptist Church where she sings in the choir and in “The Last Amen”, a ladies ensemble. She enjoys scrap booking, quilting, and other crafts.
 Carla Allen
Carla was born and raised in Longview, where she graduated from Longview High School. After graduation she attended Michael's Beauty School and is a licensed cosmetologist. Carla moved to White Oak in 1978 where she raised one daughter, Julie Allen Groves. She is also mom to her 2 dogs, Little Man & Wolfie. Her son-in-law, Roger Groves, is a Longview fireman. Carla loves being "Granny" to her step-granddaughter Micayla Groves who lives in Gilmer. Some of her hobbies include sewing and working in the yard. Most of all she loves being around her family and friends.
 Judy Gillentine Aftercare Support Coordinator
Judy Gillentine serves as Aftercare Support Coordinator for Rader Funeral Home. Judy was born and raised in Longview. She and her husband Steve, are the proud parents of six children (including in-laws) and four precious grandchildren. She retired from Pine Tree ISD with twenty years of service. Three of her children are educators in Pine Tree and one teaches in Gladewater. Judy and Steve attend New Beginnings Baptist Church where she supports the program His Kids and leads the children in praise and worship.
Judy has attended Aftercare Provider Certification programs presented by Sherry Williams Enterprises, Inc., in Louisville, Kentucky, and has been trained to implement and facilitate a wide range of aftercare programs. She has been instructed in the dynamics of grief, grief coping strategies, and facilitating grief recovery groups. Judy is available to speak to groups as a public service and to provide information on a variety of grief topics.
Judy stated “My personal loss experiences, along with my training, enables me to empathize with grieving families in the days, weeks, and months following the funeral service. I feel blessed to be apart of this vital service and am committed to assisting your family with their grief.”
